I thought we could use this topic for suggestions and discussions regarding the town, since that seems to be the main focus of the server lately?

Maybe we can think of some official rules for the town that can be written in a book and given to all new residence?

My suggestions would be:

- You are only allowed to dig directly under your property. No digging outwards. For mining, use the public mine.

- If you wish to claim a plot, surround it with a fence and place a sign. Otherwise it is free for anyone else to build on. This includes your plots boundaries. If you don't want someone building right next to you, place a fence and sigh at the border.

Yes! That's what we exactly tried to do the past week.... Unfortunately some people pretend to not listen. >_>

Have any suggestion to make people actually listen the rules? Any help would be really appreciated.

We also need to make new rules for how much animals each person should have. I'd say 4 when you are not breeding. It lags people alot apparently...
