| Hey Guys, I was lurking around the Minecraft Forums as I do from time to time and stumbled upon people making survival 'journals' in the Survival section. I thought to myself it would be a good way to show my progress to the rest of the server and show what I have been working on recently. I will post some pictures of my current bases and the locations of them to show what I currently have been working on. My very first house/base: - Spoiler:
This was my very first house which I built on the server with provisions to make farms to facilitate my needs which I opened to the server.

As you can see these are the farms out the front of the base. You can use them any time you choose, community farms!

This is a Christmas Tree which still stands which was made for Christmas 2013.

Second base: - Spoiler:
This is a modern building which I decided to make a town hall which I was wanting to base a town/city off, unfortunately it never took off.

An elephant statue which I decided to make as a 'grand' entrance into the base.

Cactus farm which was built and never finished, you will find this is a common stance with my builds which I hopefully will put to a stop one day.

Large scale build which I had provisions for but never completed.

Nether brick/stone house builds which was going to be another theme among the others.

This is the front entrance which shows the walls design which I built which I am pleased with.

Obviously this still needs worked on and needs more detail added and farms. I had plans to make a castle behind as the main building for the town/city.

The following is my to be survival server latest build which I designed on Creative first to get everything figured out. It is based off Buckfast Abbey, Devon, England.

| It turned out amazing, but I honestly think you use too much stone and brick stone together.
I'd say to make the ceiling another color and use some colored clay and wood (except for the lime one). |

I'd say to make the ceiling another color and use some colored clay and wood (except for the lime one). Eh, yeah, I was trying to make it realistic as possible and I don't know what abbey is made out of wood and stone which is why mine is clay/stone based. |
